  • Double  1.75" x 16' LVL foundation band nailed to specs per plans / bolted to posts per plans
  • Commercial grade 16' floor trusses designed and engineered by manufacturer - installed to specs
  • 3/4" tongue and groove OSB floor sheathing, glued and nailed


Wall System 

  • 2"x4" exterior wood stud construction @ 16" OC 
  • Storm board exterior sheathing 
  • R-19 insulation in walls and under house, R-30 insulation in ceilings 
  • 1/2" sag resistant drywall on all interior ceilings
